Start off with your right foot, step to right.
Step behind with your left foot.
Step to the side with your right foot .
The fourth step is a short kick with the left foot.
The same action is repeated moving to the left and
Starting with your left foot,
Crossing behind with your right foot,
Stepping to the side with your left foot and
Kicking forward with your right foot.
Start with your right foot take two slow steps forward,
Then three quick steps with a right face on the third quickstep and
Kick forward with your left foot on the fourth beat.
Back up three steps and pause one beat with your weight on the left foot.
